What I propose is a specific change to a Free Software licence that clarifies that the rights granted to you are granted to you as a person. ie. A GPL4.

@cstross at 20 mph, the stopping distance is 6 metres, barely more than the length of a car. At sane urban speeds simply stopping is always the right decision.
