I keep coming back to vscode with RooCline, which also gives you the choice of local offline models via LMStudio (becomes really cheaper), while maintaining a great agentic behaviour.

Really good stuff, and extremely easy to setup. Already have a test webcomponent with props, stying and i18n, all under 10 mins. Impressive! 👏
