What about this fact based article is it is inappropriate to be released because it might make a powerful person uncomfortable about their failure to tell the truth? It looks like news to me, but maybe I am biased toward factual information

What about this fact based article is it is inappropriate to be released because it might make a powerful person uncomfortable about their failure to tell the truth? It looks like news to me, but maybe I am biased toward factual information
