Another name for ether is “sweet oil of vitriol”, that apparently back in the day they would have ether parties called “ether frolics” and that often folks would hurt themselves while high but have no memory of it 👀

Another name for ether is “sweet oil of vitriol”, that apparently back in the day they would have ether parties called “ether frolics” and that often folks would hurt themselves while high but have no memory of it 👀
Later, it was also used to fill the missing knowledge where some sort of medium transference was needed. Newton even used the aether in his theories of gravity.
Today, we use it metaphorically in place of “out there” or “out of nothing” or for something to disappear “into the ether”

Could you fund the development of an alternative to Facebook please. It’s the only “town square” type app out there that folks can create groups to organize on. We need a mirrored platform to get the people to transition.
