I was through here a fortnight ago too and no sign. 12+ trees which was every bird cherry affected. Nice to note singing Lesser Whitethroat and also Common Blue and 2 Burnet Companion in one of the meadows. I love this place. High visitor numbers today but hardly any litter too 👍👌

Plenty of arrivals @bibbeyswildfarms.bsky.social this morning as Swallows & Common Whitethroat returned (1st time that they’ve been later than Lesser Whitethroat)

Nice to see my 1st Wheatear of the year. This always evokes childhood memories when I saw my first one ever on the seat of a tractor! 🤣

Time to reflect on a fabulous experience connecting Brummies with the birdlife of Reddings Lane Park

It was great to feel how proud this community were, knowing that birds like Redwing have flown thousands of miles to seek out food and shelter in their parks
