That said, being there I think the key is that people have fully dissasociated Tatsuyas three big personality shifts (“politically incorrect lib”, “radfem”, “Tatzi”). Early and mid Tats feel like different people from the current ones, and I think this allows people to compertimentalize.

I am in the Sinfest subreddit (which is made mostly by anti Tatsuya people who think he is disgusting). Every single comic the man releases makes my blood boil, only laughs he manages to get from me are like: this guy is an absolute idiot who seems to have forgotten what a punchline is.

I think the time I realized this book series was actually dark (but the right kind of) was when the nightmare (Celyne iirc) strangled Glinda in book 1).

Title implies everything is gonna go to hell because the new witches are gonna lose against the ancient powers. Ozma will go from a depressed state to an even more depressed state after finding out how her abandonement of power lead to a nationwide crsisi… again.
