According to the Custody Status in the court record, Omar simply received a Letter to Appear informing him that he needed to appear for arraignment. There is no indication of an arrest. Did Jordon Brown claim that there was an arrest?

So it looks like Saige contacted Jordon Brown to give him a case number and tell him what to say.
