So grateful to be in a perfect climate. The middle of July and it’s 67 degrees. It makes my heart smile that I’ll never have to experience another Texas Hill Country summer again.

Spent the day in the “Switzerland of Mexico” - Mazamitla. Checked out some lots for mountain cabins. So cool and beautiful at 8000’ pine forests.

The jasmine is incredible here at the house. Everything blooms all year round here, but April is spectacular. The smell of jasmine is intense.
