A happy dog in the hills

There are days when the overwhelm becomes too much.
Those are the days you should head into nature with your dog and see the world through their eyes. A dog lives in that moment. When you take a walk with your dog & lose yourself in their world you can breathe deeply & let the overwhelm fade away.

I once had four, then I ate them. Their respite, from a hot beverage without a biscuit, was fleeting.
Now I’m sad and lonely 😢

A 3:30am alarm for a hike up to a top in Glencoe, so my son can get sunrise photos for his art portfolio. We made it up to the top and then back down in time for school.
