Not sus at all. I'm streaming there regularly, and I'm getting payed through Paxum. I live in Norway. No issues. MassPay had some issues, but that is not Joystick.tv's fault. JS resolved it in short time, they have excellent support even they are small, it's the best community I've ever experienced
