Passionate about policing, security, defense, geopolitics, risk, and crisis management.
That's interesting. If the question asked was, "Is the United States a friend or enemy of Europe?" I'd expect more balanced numbers across the board. It's quite an outlier that the percentage of Polish respondents who view him as a friend is double the European average. Certainly food for thought!

It would be interesting to know which factor is the most significant influence on Polish opinion.

This: In the same week that Vance expressed concern that France and the United Kingdom had nuclear weapons, he said Denmark was not a very good ally to the US. It is shameful.

I completely agree. I wish the EU had the confidence to stand up for itself. Playing nice until the midterms is an errand to nothing.

The predatory behavior of the current American regime will continue until the EU stands up for itself. This is not the time for half measures.

Speaking of the Trump regime's aggressive goals, and its propaganda tools used to promote them, when will all EU institutions do this very simple thing to stop giving legitimacy to MAGA's biggest propaganda weapon?

When will EU institutions leave Twitter?

This has always been a Bluesky-first campaign. But as of today, we will no longer be using Twitter. At all.

And I'm calling on other candidates to follow suit.

The sooner it's recognised as the propaganda machine it is, the better. I look forward to the day the plug is pulled in the EU.

I would be just as worried about universities becoming too dependent on overseas student funding from those countries, which, in turn, use that dependence as a tool to influence policy.

At no point in history has so much power been concentrated in the hands of so few individuals. Social media has empowered nefarious forces to influence populations far beyond their own borders without even having to set foot in target countries.

20% to 25% is a generally acceptable response rate for an Internet mediated survey.

Couldn't access it at the time, but now can now due to technological evolution. I'd speculate that the model of the phone was the influencing factor.

There certainly are some unfortunate parallels.
