Did it come with 8 planets or 9?

Don't know if you want the advice but having moved in the last year PODS was great. Can hire movers either end to fill and empty if you need them. Best part was booked and had a time and date for pickup and delivery each end and it went perfect.

This is an awesome chart. Nice!

Someone else mentioned pictures and I'd assume following pages that went into those concepts in more detail would have them. Again, haven't really read any parts yet because I wanted to experience it in it's final state first.

Coming from a more boardgame than ttrpg background I'm fairly used to having to read all of the rules to understand how everything clicks together. The spread here seemed like a great intro to the overall game arc and the pieces involved.

I had been avoiding reading anything to just see the final product. With that being said:

I felt I know how the game was played.

The RHS elements made sense.

No questions that likely aren't answered on the next pages (i.e. How to play exactly)

Had no expectations

No rereading needed.

Oh and they enjoy Azul and Sagrada. Besides classics like Scrabble, backgammon, pente, and dominoes.

My parents are a mixed bag. My mom loves just about anything but suffers from analysis paralysis. My dad prefers simpler but deeper games and loathes "prisoners of catan". Terraforming Mars, Wingspan, and Cascadia worked better for them. Maybe Age of Steam but have yet to get a replay there.

Cockroach poker went great with the in-laws, just one and codenames were ok, wingspan involved a half bottle of wine and the MIL yelling that Hoda from the Today show lied to her after begging us to play it.
