When I first started we would run a block then walk a block one week then run 2 blocks then walk a block. I then we started with a quarter mile then half a mile....

I use to run in the Komen 5k race. I keep trying to maintain but I get started for a couple of weeks or so then something interrupts my schedule and I get off track and have trouble getting started again. 😆
I made myself take a rest day today.
