Not exciting for me. I recall rushing home from school to watch new favourite tv show Scooby Doo, only to find the house without electricity due to a blackout. The concept of a power cut was beyond my understanding, and I simply cried in bewildered disappointment.

NME used that image as their front cover once, around May 1978.

An interesting decision by UA to release this as their first Buzzcocks offering. They would have known full well that there was ever any hope of any mainstream airplay, or even of any reference to its title...

I think China is very aware that the future lies in renewable. If you take a look at this list, you will see that the 6 largest manufacturers of solar panels are all Chinese companies. Plus, some hope in that China frequently exceeds its set targets.
