Comet C/2025 A6 (Lemmon) has been one of the neatest objects I’ve seen with my telescope. An interstellar visitor that won’t be seen again for another 1,350 years!
It was so much fun getting to take and share these pictures with everyone :D

Yesterday evening before moonrise, I went out to watch the Perseid Meteor Shower for the first time! Was only able to capture a few photos, but in total saw ~25-30 meteors!!

In exactly 1 year, the next total solar eclipse will take place! The moon’s shadow will cross the Arctic and North Atlantic oceans, touching both Greenland and Iceland, before finally crossing Spain near sunset. A partial eclipse will also be visible in Western Europe and Northern North America!

Waking up at 3 in the morning to see the Northern Lights was incredible. It was only faintly visible on the Northern horizon, but it was there. I’m so happy 🥹

FULL HALO CME!!
According to GOES-19 CCOR-1 imagery, the CME launched by the long-duration M8.2 flare is indeed Earth-directed!
This indicates that a potential strong geomagnetic storm is possible within the coming days!
