One critique of MVNOs you didn’t address is roaming. I had always heard that MVNOs don’t have roaming agreements with other carriers so you may end up with less service if you travel outside your daily bubble. Is this true and a concern?

Just remember, if you aren’t retiring for 10 years, things are on sale. (Doesn’t make it good for the world, but from a purely insular perspective it’s potentially good for you assuming no knock on effects to job security)
