I am still very much new to Bluesky. I mostly come here for Unreal Engine and Blender tutorials, but I feel like I need more topics (and people) to follow...🤔

There's nothing wrong with Unreal Engine 5 itself. It's a very capable game engine like any other. What IS wrong is devs taking the low hanging fruit of 'realistic' graphics and not caring/learning how to optimize their games correctly. So you often get pretty games that perform like slop. #UE5

What would normally be a holiday for me (an All Elite Wrestling event) is now me being holed up and sick for the entire weekend.

That Jade Cargill/Naomi/Bianca Belair segment was F'N CINEMA.

- Jade powerfully walking to the ring
- Liv freaking out assuming Jade's coming for her
- Jade's sudden pivot to Naomi
- The ferocity of the beating Jade put on Naomi
- Bianca's helpless meltdown in the chamber pod

10/10 all around

There's no reason why a company as big and resourceful as Capcom is still putting out BS slop like the PC version of Monster Hunter Wilds in 2025. There's ZERO excuse. All it does is show that they rushed to build something, KNEW it performed like utter ass, and chose to put it out anyways. F'n lame

@steampowered.com 's NEXT Fest has single-handedly revitalized the practice of devs putting out game demos again! It never fully went away, but was a lot less prevalent before the NEXT Fest debuted a couple (few?) years ago. This is excellent!

I played #Avowed for the first time on stream last night and it was FUN! I normally don't play RPGs and medieval fantasy, but I enjoyed the dialogue, the different NPC personalities, and so far, the world. Looking forward to more streams of it soon!
