Bishop Budde is a hero!

She makes me proud to be an Episcopalian!

Her sermon was graceful, powerful, and prophetic (speaking God’s truth to those in power).

Even if Trump doesn’t heed her words she still succeeds because her words weren’t just for him—but for the entire nation and the world.

That’s a very interesting stand. Wish I could find out more info about it.

Bishop Budde’s sermon makes me proud to be an Episcopalian!

Her words were grateful, powerful, and prophetic (speaking God’s truth to those in power).

Even if Trump doesn’t heed her words, she was successful because she wasn’t just speaking to him—but to the entire nation and the world.

It doesn’t matter if Trump heeds her words, she wasn’t just speaking them to to him, but to the entire nation and the world.

Bishop Budde’s sermon was great!

It was graceful, powerful, and prophetic (speaking God’s truth to those in power).

It’s also been a great evangelism tool, I have friends reach out to me and ask questions about TEC.

Thank you for sharing, I’m ordering her book now.

Sweet! Going to check this out and see if it runs on my souped up SE/30

The C16 was a pretty cool little computer back in the day! I think the black case and gray keys were really cool compared to the beige/brown case on the C64, and that little machine was technically faster than the C64 as well. Too bad they hobbled it with on 16kb of RAM.

Bishop Buddy’s sermon was so powerful! I have had several non-episcopal friends reach out and ask questions. I’ve been inviting them to church.

I recommend checking the battery inside to make sure it hasn’t exploded.

I lost a beloved Mac SE/30 back in the day to a battery explosion—leaked acid all over the logic board.

Also if possible, check the electrolyte capacitors to see if they are leaking.

If so, she’ll need a recap.

Chris, that is a great find! Lisa/Lisa2/Macintosh XL computers are definitely a piece of computer history and a rare find these days.

I remember wanting one after watching the TV movie “Pirates of Silicon Valley” on TNT network back in the day!

You’ve got a Lisa 2?! Sweet!

It really is! I love the sound of a dot matrix printer! I also have an Epson LX-86 but I prefer the ole ImageWriter II.

My two favorite retro systems are the C64 (I’m partial to the C64c design style) and the Macintosh SE.

Growing up, the Mac SE was my 1st computer (salvaged it out of a school dumpster); and my first C64 came from a thrift store. This was all in the late 90s/Early 00s—b4 these were collectible.
