Turn 'em off.
Twitch allows you to configure what you see in stream manager
Just turn the Stats Bar off in the settings there, and that's it!
No more Live number stress!

An underrated treasure IMO
The studio that made this went on to make Dead By Daylight, and in fact, that uses a lot of similar systems to what Naughty Bear had.
NB was a fun, whimsical take on cuddly toy violence that both shocked and delighted.
Great stress reliever too!
