Deadlift felt the best it ever has, hit 463 on second attempt. Tried for a PR on 3rd attempt but ended up hitching close to lockout

Only got my opener on the board with bench at 286 lbs, which tbf is my best opener. Got 297 up on second attempt but got red lighted because my ass came up, and couldn’t press it on 3rd attempt. Oh well, just means I gotta come back and make 297 look easy
