Beaurocracy screwed me over so bad. And I'm all for being as secure as possible with the field of work I'm in. I'm just so frustrated that no one told me or knew about needing extra out of state checks before I tried applying for a real job, I could've been better prepared had I known ;-;

Of course I find out today that there's massive delays in mail delivery all over the country anyway, but regardless there's no excuse for this process to be so ridiculous! If email isn't secure enough on it's own then you could have used some other form of communication aside from mail!

In order to REQUEST the check I need to notorize a form, MAIL it, and then wait for an email with a password for the website you request it on. Email only gives me half of the fucking password and they have to MAIL ME THE OTHER HALF.
