When I lived in Shanghai, I had a friend who lived in an apartment on 淮海路 just around the corner from there. Sometimes I'd hang out there until late at night, then need to walk past 武康大楼 at 1 or 2 in the morning. Always wondered if I'd see a ghost leaping from one of the upper stories.
