Postpartum wasn’t really ever discussed around me until recently and it’s…a lot. I feel everything so hard at 100%. Anger is rage, sadness is depression and happiness is euphoric. Every emotion feels so amplified.

Watching my son grow and learn is so overwhelming. Like I’m so proud and love seeing him learning and developing but it also makes me want to cry because it goes faster than I ever imagined.

Being a mother has been the most empowering, challenging, and incredibly rewarding experience. It’s overwhelming to think about how much I love this sweet baby.
