I feel like as adults in our search for self improvement, I’ve noticed this disinterest in reading fiction and instead we solely look to self development reads and I get it but I think we forget about the power of empathy + the joy that comes from the stories of others ✨

joy in my life, a series: I have an ipad mount that’s attached to my bed headboard AND I got a bluetooth ipad remote so I can read my ebooks lying down snuggled up under my weighted blanket without having to move to turn the page and… life can be so beautiful 🥹
