Isn't it funny how they treat what Vox is doing as a mystery when the previous season finale already established him watching them all and spying already, I feel like everyone should have seen coming him being so omnipresent what with his whole screen gimmick and all the TVs and phones

(in case you didn't notice these shows have the perfect premises for an episodic cartoon that quickly gets thrown away for a story that doesn't involve most of its main cast and hopes you're familiar with the characters enough from all the tweets and updates the creator makes in social media)

Also premise like you have all the new people at the hotel and they're just background characters to fill the place rather than explore any of them, at least helluva boss managed to keep their episodic premise for almost half a season

DO YOUR JOB!!!!!!!! like imagine your therapist just making you do a bunch of unnecessary exercises that could trigger your traumas because they didn't ask you why you're with them and your problem in the first place

Also for somebody so interested in redeeming people it is hilarious how ignorant Charlie is of the people she's trying to help like is not even pointed out as a flaw but her just being whacky, like at least ask what git them in hell in the first place like THIS IS THE WHOLE POINT OF THE PLACE

And he was less than Doofenshmirtz in the scales of evil so it was easier to "redeem" compared to all of the killer and demons that commit SA

Don't forget the deer animal Motif alongside him being made black afterwards because people talked about the messed up demonization of voodoo and then season 2 never meaningfully acknowledging the implications of a black man from early last century being this all powerful entity

Also the show being built to be episodic but deciding to fully focus on a story to make you care about stuff the show has barely focused on, the titular hotel getting destroyed is supposed to be this big sad moment as if you've barely seen the place the show is named after

I feel like Columbia could have worked if they made it like aperture science from Portal 2 and have it be that they created awesome technology that they were implementing for stupid things or impractical but cool looking ones instead of actually usefull stuff
