One of the things I like about Otherscape is there are little scripts embedded in the text that really focus on how to explain what's about to happen.

That happens to me basically on the first one and then I spend the rest of the time bemoaning my utter lack of selfie skill or imagination. I am the abyss I'm staring into!

That was really more Hearthstone with DC. I would totally go for just a literal DC reskin of snap. I would play both!

Yes definitely. And they need to give the factions more space to breathe and define themselves. The game has a great premise: When power threatens the world, the powers of the world are impotent or complicit. It falls to the rebels and outlaws to fight corruption. But shows us none of that.
