Love Vicks’ First Defence, but that’s best for before it takes hold 😬 Neilmed Sinus Rinse is good for flushing out all that coldy mucus stuff - helps me decongest. Plus sniffing peppermint oil in the booth for a quick fix… Good luck with it!
