He said somewhere in answer to that question that all his properties are mortgage free, so it doesn’t effect him. Wouldn’t it be nice to be mortgage free on 7 houses! One would be nice!

I have a kid that’s not keen on school either. We offered cash, $20 if they stopped asking to stay home and ringing me from school for the rest of the term. It worked
