I had several "aunts" and "uncles" that have no biological relation and were not married to anyone biologically related. They were just good friends of my parents and no one thought it odd to call them uncle or aunt.

We can’t stop creating too much waste like co2 and destroying the environment that sustains us. Things like AI just hasten the crash. We are in a death spiral where we need to over tax the planet just to feed those who exist and capitalism needs more growth so we exploit the planet more.

I've never quite gotten this truculence.
I generally dislike it when I'm told I'm wrong or ignorant, but I try to see if maybe I am wrong, then see if I can rectify it.

It really depends on what the Murdoch media and the LNP do. If they kick up a big stink about how the ABC is harrassing Trump and disrepecting him, Albo will bend toward them as he always does, and probably talk with the head of the ABC.
