Yeah, might just be my limited understanding of this business. I am guessing that paper products such as packaging must be treated separately from newsprint and other flat paper, which could account for the shutdown of the paper mill while still making paper products.

I think geothermal does come with some very real technical challenges. One I recall a geology prof of mine talking about was solubility of rock in the water being used as a working fluid - it has a nasty habit of coming out of solution when temperature drops.

I really doubt it. More realistically, charges and insinuations against anyone who is an effective opponent, similar to Putin. The exit window left stage is typically a little later.
