"Imagine if a lab coat joined a band; that's the vibe."
I’m assuming in hindsight the lecturer in the theatre didn’t want to lecture, but yes - just the scene of the checked floor and weird perspectives and I still don’t understand that or the context in the communications degree haha

It’s incredible. Still wondering if it’s real. I never found it on Twitter as it was already a dumpster fire when I paid attention. But I’m so happy to see this community here!

That said, I've thought about this a lot - and have made an effort to cover as many ADHD and autism research as I can at work, so there's robust science writing for people to look up when they're confronted with such ignorant opinions from people lucky enough to think camping is the answer, haha.

This is akin to telling ADHDers they just need to go to bed earlier. I'm 46 and the last year on vyvanse and I haven't had a panic attack since. I spent my life thinking I had to make better lifestyle choices and be stronger, like many women. Neurotypical people love this narrative so much though...

It's all part of the healing process

*writers haha (we need an edit function, as a writer I’m horrified I can’t fix this! Haha)

It’s really good, such a beautifully written book on aging, misogyny (in literature and beyond) and mortality, but there’s such an understated way it’s delivered - I’m so glad I judged it by its cover (blurb). Always in awe of writer who can say so much in so few words

Picked up at a street library without knowing much and oh boy it’s pertinent to the times. Someone local turns the books into bookcrossing ones so you can trace their journey. Its super wholesome haha

It’s wild how interchangeable actual intelligence and manipulation is in an age of this much distrust in science and low comprehension skills across the general public.

And he’s turned Twitter into 4chan. I like to call him a destroyer of migratory bird nests, a cruel manipulator of his baby factories and the dude who threw largely black workers into a UHaul to canvas for trump against their will. I have more.

I feel like I’m being lovebombed, like this can’t exist?! My brain feels so good 😅

The murder hornets are taking a season off, so I guess we have their temporary replacement

And he also funds bio pharma so I guess if there are no researchers for trials, you can cut out the middle animals and people and just use a much larger population for your “study”… like the literal population, not in a science sense. Grim
