Actually, I don't think the file name I mentioned earlier has any effect, the command line seems fine because even without the file I mentioned, the only difference is that the software goes into CPU mode instead of GPU... it's weird, that this seems to be a problem only occurring to me.

It seems maybe that a certain file can't be found, the name of the file is 'nvcuda.dll'. Does that something to do with it?
