We've been given a late call-up for Sambrooks' Mild May Festival to pour with some of our beeroes. We highly recommend you pop along to sample some delightful Milds. Ours is smoked and (very!) carefully hopped with Sabro.

A heady mix of European malts, fist fulls of French Brewers Gold and Northern Brewer hops. It's a really tasty bitter with a fair bit of complexity and a long, satisfying finish. A nice cob with some mature cheddar and raw onion would be a delight with this beer. 😋

It's Belgian Beer Week here in the UK and we've got two pouring especially at our brewery. A gorgeous blonde in cask and a (oh baby baby) smoked Dubbel on keg. Really happy with both of them. Op uw gezondheid! 🍻

Here's new beer you don't usually find in cask. A Belgian Blonde. We used some fabulous Goldings from Hukins Hops that meld beautifully with the Belgian yeast. Heather honey, blueberry and subtle banana flavours abound. It's a delight.

Feast your eyes on this beautiful beer called, "It's Britney, Beech Smoked Dubbel". We had a random amount of grade A maple syrup to use-up and it provided the inspiration for this delicious beer. @morrighani.bsky.social I've not forgotten you, just need to figure out how to post the cans. 😊

I walked in the cellar and half of this beautiful beer was covering the floor. The other half is pouring directly from the barrel tonight. The depth of flavour from this wee 4% beer is remarkable. Roasted cocoa, rum, raisin, smoked whisky. An absolute joy.

I don't think anyone reads our messages on here, so, I'm tossing this into the abyss! Our new Beech Smoked Dubbel is hitting our taps soon. By Belgium standards it's positively sessionable at a mere 6% ABV. 😁
