Thanksgiving act 3 Dinner. Kobocha Squash with almond stuffing, Cranberry rice pilaf, Stir-fry veggies (cauliflower, broccoli bell peppers, carrots, onion, tomato and jalapeño) and anise breadsticks.

We left our home in maryland at 10am on the 14th and arrived at our hotel in Montevideo at 5pm on the 15th. That is a long trip. Went to the market for food and wine 🍷 and sat on the roof deck for dinner, looking at the ocean, and decompression.
