I do. But those kind of discussions just end up getting abusive. On Twitter there’s educators being called child abusers and sociopaths.

What do they define as ‘stuck’ - my longest stint at a school has been 7 years (2 yrs of mat leave + Covid lockdowns amongst that). I don’t see why staying somewhere long term is beneficial if it isn’t enjoyable.
