Okay but fentanyl is administered by hospitals as well as being extremely dangerous as a street drug. There is a middle ground between k-holing and not doing it, as psychedelic usage can be transformative for numerous mental health issues.

ketamine therapy is actually genuinely helpful. My last therapist was heavily involved in psychedelic therapy, although I unfortunately did not get to engage in that with her
