PC. My eighteenth birthday laptop computer that was finally good enough for Knights of the Old Republic.
Gaming consoles were forbidden to me and my sis as kids. The PC was the one small step that led us to buy an Xbox in secret and then to get a PS4 after my parents divorced.

In Tails of Heroes there's a chirurgeon who uses the Echo to diagnose his patients. I thought it'd be cool for a Warrior of Light to be able to search his patient's past to pinpoint what happened to them.

In real life, there's always the moment I was cosplaying G'raha in a small hometown con, and a tourist came to me squeeing because I was cosplaying their favourite character and I made their day.

I'll just say "Shayka, Amarie, and Zepp" - and all the adventurers I actually met and they got a mention in Tails of Heroes. They're all real people and some of them are friends.
