My go-to was Osprey Tacos in St Augustine (I lived there from 2019-2021) but they weren't mahi, just generic whitefish
One of the reasons I left FL was because it's a culinary wasteland where chain restaurants dominate

If anything I've been seeing the opposite: people in big corps seem to all gravitate towards either claude or chatgpt to the exclusion of everything else.
I'm not an LLM fan, but Deepseek and gpt-oss both delivered sane (though not spectacular) results for code when I tested them locally
