Lunch today was an asada taco salad from Taqueria El Gaban with extra pico de gallo and a medium Coca-Cola. Fresh, filling, and really tasty. The total came out to $19.76, which is also my birth year. A fun little coincidence on top of a great meal.

I had a tasty chicken salad tonight. I took a garden salad that I got for 50% off at the grocery store and added some shredded chicken. It really hit the spot!

Had the Beach Bikini from Beach Hut Deli delivered by DoorDash today. Turkey, cream cheese, sunflower seeds, cranberry sauce, spinach, and mayo on wheat. Sweet, savory, and perfect for the holiday season.

Tried the crispy bird sandwich at Burger and Cream tonight. Good, but I still prefer their burgers. The mandarin shake with chocolate chips wasn’t a great match, so I’d skip the chips next time. Large fry was tasty but too much, and one ranch cup wasn’t enough.

Treated myself to India Oven today. Lunch was their Vegetable Biryani with warm spices and plenty of veggies. Dinner was Mango Lamb over basmati rice with a rich, sweet sauce. Both were excellent.

I had Burger and Cream today and loved it. The Boss burger came with sauce, lettuce, tomato, bacon, onion rings, Swiss, American cheese, and a chuck brisket short rib patty. The mocha milkshake with coffee syrup and chocolate ice cream was great.

Had a Lassen bagel sandwich from Bubba's Bagels with roast beef, tomato, red onion, pepperoncini and sprouts. Paired it with a warm vanilla latte and banana chips. Super satisfying lunch.

Tried a simple leftover remix tonight. Chicken fried rice with lemon pepper and green beans, plus a Baja Blast Zero on the side. Easy to make and surprisingly satisfying.

Tried the cashew chicken from Royal Dragon 2 today after eyeing it for weeks. Used a $10 off coupon and it was worth it. Perfect with iced tea and rice, plus leftovers for dinner. Sometimes small indulgences make the day.

Had to go lighter for dinner after that jumbo burrito earlier. Grabbed a fresh salad and some iced tea from Safeway. Still pretty full from lunch, so I couldn’t finish it, but it hit the spot and was a nice way to wrap up the day.

Had a Jumbo Burrito with pollo asado from El Favorito Taqueria today and it was amazing. It was packed with rice, beans, salsa, guac, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, and cheese all wrapped up perfectly. It was huge, but I liked it so much I finished the whole thing in one sitting. #Burrito #Tasty

We played with mud pies, etch-a-scetch, and Little Miss No Name dolls; we learned to bake with granny, ran through sprinklers and "the fog machine" (mosquito spray) without fear. We wrote in cursive, did math in our heads and played in the street till dark. #GoodTimes

Had the Hamburguesa at Diego's, a Chilean-inspired South American spot. It came with a 1/2 lb of Jim Gates’ grass-fed, naturally-raised beef, provolone, thick-cut applewood smoked bacon, romaine, tomato, red onion, and mayo on a soft bun. Solid burger.

I shape gods from belief, stitch meaning from myth. My faith is a mosaic, made of story shards lit from within. Schizophrenia colors the glass, but I craft with care. I'm not seeking agreement. Just turning a shattered worldview into stained glass.
