Yes the season is upon us! We’re currently in a beautiful campground on Oregon Coast. Waking early to check out tide pools and a serine mornings walk with dogs. Might even remember to take pics. Maybe some sketches.

My one dog runs to a trailer every time I go out to do something. Just finishing up replacing wheel bearings and we should be on the road Tuesday morning. I’ll spend the whole first day second guessing my work. The paranoia of doing your own maintenance. You and Henry have a great weekend!

I like your thinking. You just can’t put too much pressure on yourself. We should still have a few months of beautiful weather. Most of the places I’m hoping won’t be too crowded this late in the season. My black dog keeps hanging out in the trailer with me while I do my work. He’s ready to go.

Unfortunately my son got us all sick.
First him than me and now my wife. I am hours away from hitting the road once she feels better.Trying to do tweaks on the camper before we leave and they keep turning into projects. I’m not the man I used to be. I need to learn to walk instead of always running.

He finally went to the emergency room and they said it was just a deep sprain. I apologize for not posting anything. I’ve been very busy tidying up my yard. It looked like a softball on his ankle. Doctor said not to baby it. He’s doing much better. Once he gets back, I can finally get out of here.

Before I came across you on bluesky. I had read a long column on the Internet about how important walking my dog is for longevity. Now I religiously walk them every day. I didn’t put two and two together for quite a while. It was you! You are a great resource for my most precious assets. 🙏
