It's strange being a book editor in a friend group full of artists and game-devs. It's weird to see everyone's thought processes for the horrific tragedies they plan to put into their books, but I wouldn't change them for the world!

In other news: the book I'm writing is turning out to be quite gay. I did not expect this, but it turns out writing about a cult of male assassins only has one logical endpoint.
I look forward to it being illegal to publish eventually!

I'm ashamed to have the majority of my family vote for him. I'm ashamed as a gay man that is married to a trans man. It's a horrifying country and I'm glad I escaped in time. I hope that everyone else can stay safe in the wastelands of America.
