No I’ve said multiple times. A persons sex is the reproductive system they were born with. That’s not magical or dependants on an essence. It’s a real material thing that happens.

So we shouldn’t help them. We should let them take out their perfectly good eye, just make sure it doesn’t kill them? Should there be an age limit for this? Or should like a 5 year old be able to do it?
