"Big Meaty Men Slapping Meat"
The news breaking that Wrestlemania 43 will be hosted in Saudi was the fucking nail in the coffin of my fandom. TKO has unequivocally drummed all the way out what little soul WWE had left.

Today is a bad day no matter your political belief. A daughter lost her father today and wife lost her husband. Charlie Kirk was a complicated man with even more complicated beliefs... but no amount of vitriol can condone or make excuses for this senseless act. RIp Charlie Kirk

Aj Lee returning is exciting... but not exciting enough to get me to sign up for this new 30 Dollar ESPN streaming app. Besides... i'm more invested in ALL OUT at this point than i am Wrestlepalooza. If they truly do air in the same time slots... AEW is gonna be where my wallet and eyeball votes.

WWE aping and copying the SHIT out of the Death Riders with Becky being revealed as a member of the Vision is laughably bad and just reeks of creative bankruptcy. It also tells you all you need to know about the type of competition the Fed is.

With Kenny battling reportedly very "serious" pain Swerve and Ospreay both out for an extended period of time... it kinda feels like more and more that Forbidden Door was kind of an end of an era for AEW. I wonder who they're gonna start pushing. Hook maybe?

#AEWDynamite was awesome. Mox's strong run of post Title Reign singles matches keep getting better. MVP screwing over Ricochet even though we saw it coming was still awesome AF. Seeing Omega and Hangman standing tall together was a fucking MOMENT! Also..im in love with Kris Statlander

Fuck Raja Jackson… May the cell door slam shut louder than it has for anyone. And fuck people like RVD and Mark Henry for defending that piece of shit.
August 27, 2025 at 7:35 PM
AEW has very consistently showed the improvement to the things that were lacking while still putting on DAMN good wrestling matches. Say what you will about the creative aspect of the booking, the actual wrestling itself is light years ahead of pretty much everything else on the market.

Jon Moxley vs Daniel Garcia

After Mox injured Will Ospreay Sunday following the Lights Out Steel Cage Match, former TNT Champion Daniel Garcia will step up to fight former 4-time AEW World Champion Jon Moxley TONIGHT

Any chance i get to see Mox wrestle in any capacity is a good thing. This guy is one of the most consistent performers on the roster. Really excited to sit down and watch Dynamite tonight!

Hot Take... but... Bron Breakker is possibly the worst thing to happen to professional wrestling since Gilberg made his debut in WCW. Also man is RAW boooooooooooooooooring
August 25, 2025 at 9:36 PM
Since Toni Storm retained last night, you start to wonder who's gonna be the one to lift the belt. It REALLY shouldn't be Mercedes, i think her gimmick is stale and giving her the big one does nothing but bury the legitimacy of what those titles actually mean. I'm all for giving it to Statlander

As WWE gets more corporate sponsorships and big money deals, the stories and characters just fall further down the hole. While AEW, as its besieged by WWE's attempts at counter program is actually getting better at the things WWE seems to not care about anymore that got it to where it was today
August 25, 2025 at 3:15 PM
RAW tonight, we all know will start and end with some Seth Rollins Faction chicanery. There will be 2 or 3 inconsequential matches in the middle that dont build to or mean anything. I think its a combination of the current "story" being stale and the new superstars not holding their own

Heatwave, even though its technically the developmental brand, just felt like a cog in the machine meant to sell the WWE name to the masses. Nothing about it felt like there was any effort or uniqueness to the show they we're presenting. Its the professional wrestling equivalent of brain rot or slop
August 25, 2025 at 3:09 PM
Forbidden Door, felt like an actual wrestling show on a stage with some heft and production value. Watching it yesterday reminded me of the feelings i had when watching wrestling back in the upper 90's and early 00's. Yes the show is long, but at least for me it was value for the dollar spent.
August 25, 2025 at 3:06 PM
Watching both Forbidden Door and Heatwave yesterday really shows the diametrically opposed ideals from each company and how that affects for better or worse the type of show they have. I'm sure one being an actual PAY per view and the other hosted being a sub also factors into it

Oh Jesus how could I forget about Brodido winning the tag belts!!!?!#aewforbiddendoor
August 25, 2025 at 12:48 AM
That was an amazing show for sure! The cage match was just pure fucking bloody insanity. I still think my match of the night goes to Hangman v MJF… that was just pure executed excellence top to bottom. That being said the hidden blade/winged angel combo was AWESUM! #aewforbiddendoor fucking ruled!
August 24, 2025 at 10:31 PM
Now THAT is what I call a fucking wrestling match…. Holy shit. #aewforbiddendoor
August 24, 2025 at 8:30 PM
Hangman v MJF LETS GOOOOOO #aewforbiddendoor
August 24, 2025 at 7:59 PM
Very strong card so far… Cope and Christian still got it with some interesting and comical new dynamics to their team. I’m not a Fletcher fan but that being said that was a barn burner of a match. Not a fan of Mone at all… but this is a good start to the match. #aewforbiddendoor
August 24, 2025 at 5:56 PM
Does AEW always put in a few matches during the pre show to a big PPV? This is a great idea
August 24, 2025 at 4:35 PM
Just bought my first ever AEW ppv… pretty excited to sit down and watch this. !!!!
August 24, 2025 at 12:04 PM
Will Ospreay has officially won me over. His match with Takeshita was a banger. His slavish love for Assassin's Creed is also pretty cool. That Hidden Blade, especially to the back of the head, its a simple but really fucking brutal looking finisher.
August 18, 2025 at 12:50 PM
now watching ALL OUT 2024… Kris Statlander for sure is my favorite female wrestler in this promotion. I started out not liking Ospreay but he’s winning me over with each match. Still don’t like Mone like at all. Hangman Adam Page is now one of my all time fav wrestlers ever. THAT CAGE MATCH THO…..
