#homeinsurance is crazy! 200 year old home, detached garage+barn. Quoted Jun '25 $7.6k for coverage and Dec '25 $12k PER YEAR FOR HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE!! I saw this car parked in 2(!?) handicap spots. I told my kid that we don't stereotype/make assumptions and say that someone with a car like this is bad b/c of it. But, the next thing was brilliant.
