Went to my local #Starbucks this morning and the manager came onto the intercom, "Hi, Brian. It's been a crazy morning and I just got here. Someone just two minutes ago cussed out my staff because the line was running slow." Seriously, people, being rude to service industry workers is unacceptable.

Seeing more Linux vulnerabilities such as www.cve.org/CVERecord?id... is a cause for concern. Kernel and userland developers have always been concerned about external threat actors, never internal to the data center. Realistically, internal isn't "easy" but possible. Patch your servers!

I'm not sure if I should be impressed that another social media platform came to fruition, that it looks and feels good, and is apparently void of the falsehoods, hate speech, and trolls of Twitter/X (or, at least better managed). It's time for me to engage myself in Bluesky.
