55 years following Leeds United. Still looking for the cure. Photographer who lost his way and ended up in management instead. Retired now and loving being Grandad to 5.
Are we all under achievers, vicariously seeking success in our lives through the efforts of others? It’s not working for me btw. I’m a product of the Revie generation and I’ve been waiting 50 years to get back to the level of ‘75 so that we can push on from there.

Our house? Are you taking him as a lodger? Or by “ our house” do you mean LUFC?
Seriously I’ve not seen this, although after the window closed ( transfer - not one in our house) , I’ve closed off to transfer news to allow for some emotional healing

If you were going on the “Bridlington Queen” or “Boys Own” at Bridlington m, a windjammer would be mandatory according to my Mum

Definitely a jacket. Very popular in the 60s.

So easy to jump to early judgements on one performance. It’s often the case that some teams come to the boil quicker than others. I’m sure Everton will perform better than last night but based solely on that, they’d struggle to get top 6 in the Championship. Some bigger tests ahead for us.

That figures, just before Mr Zuckerberg then 😂

The interesting bit of this is Sam Byram in the video. Suggests he may be staying, or have I missed an announcement?

Not singing from the same song sheet anymore. More akin to the scavenger seagulls

I think Norwich are chasing those, I can’t see Leeds signing any. Although I think one was spotted in the Peacock

Editor: “Leeds have just been promoted, go out and get me a story about what they will do next, on my desk by 5:00pm”

Reporter: better search the internet and see what social media/podcasts/Talksport/pundit have been saying. Caveat with “sources suggest” “speculation is growing” “ex-player thinks”

Fed up of people saying “Burnley gave Leeds a helping hand” Sky TV denied us celebrating at full time together at ER and Leeds did the double over Sheffield. Leeds are promoted because they earned it without any outside help.

There’s every chance the moment of promotion, for whoever that is, will be realised when fans are at home, rather than in a stadium with their team. That rare moment of absolute ecstasy has been taken away from us by Sky TV and their scheduling. I’ve supported 57 years and experienced that 1 time

There were a few available but yes, you’re right, more become available later.

I couldn’t get the “pay now” button to react. My son was on line doing his so he paid for them both and took great joy in making a lot of ageist comments about my IT skills 😂. We paid by card. Interest rates on instalments are pretty steep in my opinion

Yes, the website wasn’t good. We wanted to move seats, identified ideal seats but the website wouldn’t let us, saying we already had seats. By the time that was sorted, they had gone. Then pressed the pay button and nothing happened. Eventually sorted alternatives but not great.

We’re on the same points total as we were at the same stage last season. We won the next two and were top of the league with 82 points after 38 matches. How did we only get 8 points from the last 8 games?
March 9, 2025 at 6:41 PM
If the top 4 continue to pick up points at the rate they have throughout the season, the final table will be
Leeds 99pts
Sheff U 97pts
Burnley 92 pts
Sunderland 89 pts

The next two matches can skew that massively but 8 wins and 6 defeats gets us up with 93 pts. Someone will finish on 90+ 3rd

Do you really think he’s on his way North? I’ve not seen anything to suggest that
