On the much darker end, ep 172 of The Magnus Archives was specifically about addiction, but imo it tapped really viscerally into feelings of fear and helplessness that are common in a lot of other mental health struggles, too. Literally told my therapist at the time about this one, I felt it so hard

On the lighter end: Bocchi the Rock. While it is funny and lighthearted, its portrayal of social anxiety also felt really poignant and deeply relatable, and really showed how much it can hold a person back
