Just as George Washington Himself intended.

This said, I am extremely done with this show after one episode. Back to Bravo, baby.

This is one of my favorite accounts to follow because I love when a snarky snarkster is also a good human being. We do exist!

All right, so the search party at the beach? Absolutely not in Chicago. Not the lake shore, not the skyline in the background. It's just hilariously not Chicago.

It's All Her Fault on Peacock.
It's equal parts compelling, infuriating, and gimmicky writing. I'm still unwell over the "Vernon Hills?!?!" like they're talking about some midstate town of 1200 people. Lord.

Ok that's it for now. This is getting rough to watch for so many non-emotional reasons. Which is quite the diversion from what I was expecting.

THE FUCKING METRA GOES TO VERNON HILLS

"VERNON HILLS IS IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE, THE KIND OF PLACE WHERE SOMEONE HAS TO PICK YOU UP"
LOLOL WE ARE ON THE FLOOOOOOORR

Ok the press conference lays it on pretty thick. I liked where this was going at first, but now it's going there with QUITE A HEAVY HAND.

WAIT OMG JEREMY ALLEN WHITE DID TWO CHICAGO SHOWS TOO. Hahaha once we get these actors, they can't quit us.

And good for Sugar from The Bear, going from slingin' beef sandwiches to this weirdo situation.

Annnnd not really vibing with that beach. Can't really place it with the city on the south side and... weird tree stumps on the north? I dunno, man!
December 10, 2025 at 2:42 AM
Ep 2. Driving into the city from the north side they show a billboard with the missing child ad that's definitely just south of the city, on the way to the south side. Next scene is obviously further north heading south.
I love that they're using real Chicago locations, but YOU CAN'T FOOL ME, FAM.
