Work together across US? Cold cases Aren't Dead cases, don't leave us in the cold. The first 10 yrs of my 21yr cold case, I had best detectives, homicide head, police chief, who explored 1000+ suspects. BUT last 8 yrs, insiders tell me homicide head is blocking work on case & most communication
