FWIW, I've heard of people either chancing a walk-in (successfully) and also calling ahead to see if they could do a walk-in, at Cub specifically. How that pans out might vary by location of course!

10+ years ago my ENT said I could only breath about 15% from one nostril, which shocked me, as it had always just been that way! No idea how that was but presumably it can be estimated somehow by the doctor. Definitely was a worthwhile quality of life thing for me. Best of luck!
